The watch, issued at 4:10 p.m. EDT, covers the following counties:
- Belknap
- Cheshire
- Hillsborough
- Merrimack
- Rockingham
- Strafford
- Sullivan

The watch indicates favorable atmospheric conditions for severe thunderstorms, which could lead to:
