NC Police Searching for Suspect Accused of Stealing Lawn Care Tools
RUTHERFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Police in Forest City are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of stealing lawn care tools from a local recreation center.
Theft Reported at Callison’s Recreation Center
According to the Forest City Police Department, officers responded to a Sept. 8 larceny call at Callison’s Recreation Center on Clay Street. Investigators said the suspect was caught on video walking around the property before taking several lawn care tools.
Suspect Description
Police described the suspect as a man wearing:
- Blue jeans
- Red T-shirt
- Baseball-style cap
The individual was last seen on the recreation center property during the theft.
