The encounter, caught on camera by tourist Gina Athans, happened just outside Skull Creek Dockside, a well-known dining spot near the South Carolina–Georgia border. Athans and her family had just sat down to order drinks when a restaurant manager alerted them to the scene unfolding on the dock.
