Three Stabbed in Clarkesville, Georgia; Suspect Arrested
HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga. — Authorities say three people were injured in a stabbing Sunday afternoon near Clarkesville, with one victim left in critical condition. A suspect has since been taken into custody.
Stabbing on Canterberry Trail
Deputies responded to reports of a fight around 1 p.m. on Canterberry Trail. When they arrived, they learned multiple people had been stabbed and that a male suspect had barricaded himself inside a camper.
A responding deputy confirmed three victims with stab wounds and provided cover so that other responders and Clarkesville police could safely move the injured to ambulances.

According to the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office, one victim is in critical condition, while two others sustained non-life-threatening injuries. All three were transported to area hospitals for treatment.
The suspect, who has not yet been publicly identified, was taken into custody and transported to the Habersham County Detention Center.
