BAINBRIDGE, GEORGIA – Authorities have arrested a day care worker at Little Blessings Child Care in Bainbridge on charges of aggravated battery and child abuse.

The suspect, Yvette Thurston, 54, faces one count of first-degree aggravated battery and three counts of first-degree child abuse. She was taken into custody on Monday and later released after posting a $44,000 bond, according to Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Emmons.
